This subscription is for one office location only unless described otherwise
as an attachment to this agreement. Multi office discount are available, please
inquire at 715-485-9767.
The Purpose of this agreement is to provide Transfer data within the State of
Wisconsin to the subscriber.
REDI shall maintain a Internet based database on it’s servers, and allow
the subscriber access through the subscribers own Internet connection to the
database using a Username and Password.
The subscriber shall not provide access to the system, nor sell, distribute,
share, or disseminate any data obtained from the system to anyone in any way
shape or form.
Redi will maintain a log on each user and monitor their use for security
purposes. The information in the log file will considered as confidential and
will be used only by REDI.
Since the data appearing on the system comes from outside sources, REDI does
not warrant the accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose of any data on the system or services provided herewith. REDI
can not be held liable in any way shape or form for use of any data on the
system or for any incidental or consequential damages due to loss, claims, or
injury.
We guarantee that all information submitted to REDI will be considered
confidential and will not be shared with anyone.
